Don Bosco Bicentenary Celebrations at St Marys: Presentation on Shroud of Turin

During this year’s celebrations for the bicentenary of the birth of Don Bosco, the Holy Shroud will be on public display in Turin where Pope Francis will attend this month.

On display until Wednesday 24 June in Our Lady of the Rosary Parish at St Marys is a full-scale facsimile of the Shroud.

The church is open for viewing every day during daylight hours.

Commencing at 7.30pm in the church on Monday 22 June, Rev Fr Brendan Murphy SDB will give a one-hour PowerPoint presentation entitled ‘The Holy Shroud at the intersection of history, science and religion’.
