Three deacons ordained for the Diocese

Three deacons were ordained for the Catholic Diocese of Parramatta at Padre Pio Church, Glenmore Park, on Friday 12 December this year.

Transitional deacons Thomas Thien Hien Bui and Pio Ho Jang, and permanent deacon Willy Limjap were ordained by Most Rev Anthony Fisher OP, Archbishop of Sydney and former Bishop of Parramatta.

For Thomas and Pio, their ordination to the diaconate is the next step on the path to priesthood.

Willy is married to Beth and is deacon assisting St Nicholas of Myra Parish at Penrith.

Thomas is deacon assisting Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish at Greystanes.

Pio is deacon assisting Padre Pio Parish at Glenmore Park.
