Our Lady of the Rosary Parish Kellyville

Catholic Alpha Leaders’ Program

Following significant interest in Catholic Alpha as an evangelising initiative for parish life and mission, the Pastoral Planning Office invites interested leaders to join together with the parish of Our Lady of the Way, Emu Plains, for a pilot Alpha program commencing in February 2015.

This 10-week course will provide interested leaders with an initial experience of the Catholic Alpha program, insights to make the most of the program in your parish, and an experience of formation with other leaders in the Diocese. Following this pilot program, your parish leaders may decide to host your own Catholic Alpha program in your parish community, to grow the faith of its people and to reach out to others in faith.

Parish leaders who may be interested in running Catholic Alpha in their own community are invited to join the leaders of Emu Plains Parish on the following Tuesday nights, between 7:30-9:30pm: 3, 10, 17, 24 February; 3, 10, (Saturday) 14, 17, 24, 31 March

RSVP for this event to Christine Rannaste at Our Lady of the Way Parish, Emu Plains, on (02) 4735 1041. There is no cost for the Tuesday night sessions for interested leaders.

Please note Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish, Greystanes, will also be offering a similar pilot program for the interest of parish leaders in the eastern end of the Diocese, beginning after Easter 2015.
