Sister Margaret Sheppard
Associate formator
Sister Margaret is a Sister of Mercy (Parramatta) who is also responsible for the Initial Formation programme for her Congregation. She is instrumental in organising and accompanying the in-house formation programme for the seminarians for Mondays and conducts Theological Reflection sessions which all seminarians are required to undertake. This process enables each seminarian to investigate his life and experience with a view to finding God in all things.
George Harb
Chef
George is obviously the most important man in the house! For most of his adult life George has been involved in the hospitality industry. As Master Chef he is in much demand and is frequently Chef at the V.I.P. Lounge at Telstra Stadium. The seminary is lucky to have George as its full-time chef. His speciality is turning the ordinary into the gourmet. Residents of the seminary are advised to undertake a daily workout!
