Periodic Payment AuthorityArrange regular fixed amount automatic payments from your DDF account to third party payees.
The easiest method is to Logon to CDF Online to establish, alter or cancel your Periodic Payment, or download and print a Periodic Payment Authority Form.
Return the completed authority to the DDF for processing. Forms can be mailed to PO Box 2605 North Parramatta NSW 1750 or faxed to 02 9683 6438.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to and from external banks Transfer funds electronically from your DDF account to bank accounts held elsewhere or debit an external bank account and credit your DDF account.
Register for CDF Online to transfer funds at your convenience.
Or to transfer funds to an external bank account, send a faxed request to the DDF (02 9683 6438) signed in accordance with your DDF account signatory authority held on file at the DDF, or to debit an external bank account, download and print a Direct Debit Authority Form. Mail the completed authority (original form only) to the DDF for processing at PO Box 2605 North Parramatta NSW 1750.

Cheque Encashment FacilityIf you operate a DDF cheque account the DDF can establish a cheque encashment facility for you at your local Commonwealth Bank branch.
To set-up a cheque encashment authority mail or fax a request to the DDF signed in accordance with your cheque account signatories and include the name of the Commonwealth Bank branch you wish to use.
Return the completed authority to the DDF for processing. Forms can be mailed to PO Box 2605 North Parramatta NSW 1750 or faxed to 02 9683 6438.
Business CardThe DDF can organise a Commonwealth Bank MasterCard for your use, which allows you to undertake business related expenditure on behalf of your organisation. No interest is charged on this credit card, however, interest is charged on cash advances.
The total balance outstanding each month is debited to the client’s main operating account. An annual Commonwealth Bank fee applies. A monthly CBA Business Card statement is included with your DDF statement or faxed to you.

CDF Online Internet BankingThe Diocesan Development Funds CDF Online Internet service makes possible easy access to your DDF account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It provides the convenience of on-demand account balance enquiries and transaction listings securely over the Internet.

Merchant FacilitiesThis facility provided by the Commonwealth Bank allows you to accept credit card payments by mail and telephone, covering Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
You are able to deduct regular payments from credit card accounts at an agreed time. This facility is particularly helpful when used for planned giving purposes.
Parishioners can authorize you to deduct an agreed amount each week, fortnight or month. For this purpose a handy Merchant Mail Summary spreadsheet is available to download to your computer.

Commonwealth Bank fees apply, and are automatically debited to your DDF account each month. A merchant statement is forwarded to you with your regular monthly DDF statement.

An EFTPOS terminal can be organised and installed by the Commonwealth Bank and connected to a telephone line allowing you to debit customers credit or debit cards.
EFTPOS payments are credited daily and Commonwealth Bank fees are debited each month directly to your DDF account.The Commonwealth Bank forwards statements of transactions to you each month.
