Overview
The Multi-Faith Centre is a venue where people from diverse faith, religious and spirituality traditions can deepen their understanding of their own faith and actively participate in inter-faith dialogue, education and action.
The Role
The Director is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of Multi-Faith programs and the oversight of relevant University and community partnerships. The position is offered on a part-time basis, at the Nathan Campus, and will report to the Deputy Vice Chancellor and Provost.
The Person
You will possess a thorough knowledge of and commitment to multi-faith cooperation and dialogue; an understanding of a variety of religions and the needs of different religious and cultural groups; an understanding of the role faith and religion play in society from a multidisciplinary perspective; and a demonstrated record of establishing effective partnerships with diverse religious groups.
Salary range
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
